44.2% Vermentino, 29.5% Grechetto, 13.2% Orpicchio, 13.2% Trebbiano.

Tasting notes: Intense floral notes of wisteria and lime, white peach and gooseberry. On the palate, the entry is precise and straight. Lemon peel, mint and the complexity of wildflower honey emerge. The marked acidity makes it long and elegant. Finishes with hints of flint & stone recalling mineral notes.

This wine is made from four different vinifications:
Vermentino: whole bunch pressing followed by fermentation and ageing in amphorae
Grechetto: 4-day carbonic maceration in stainless steel followed by fermentation and ageing in stoneware amphorae
Orpicchio: whole cluster pressing followed by fermentation and ageing in used barriques
Trebbiano: 48-hour maceration of destemmed grapes followed by fermentation and ageing in used barriques
