40%abv, 70cl, Nicaragua

tasting notes: Bright mahogany brown. Let it breathe. Full of rich oak spice, some zesty orange peel, dark brown sugars, dark caramel toffee and nutmeg. Also hints of cinnamon, vanilla and anise. Dry and spicy, with layers of cocoa, dark caramel and spice. A strong oak presence that starts to dominate after a while. Long, smooth and clean. Presence of walnut, dark chocolate. Oaky, leathery, smokey steals the polish from the finish.
