Moscatel.
Tasting notes: In the glass it is full of orange citrus zest, pomello, and overripe apple fruit aromas and flavours. There's a spicy complexity too with ginger hints but also an aromatic apple blossom and dried flower layer. Round on the palate with bright acidity to leave you with a refreshing finish.
Libre y Salvaje is an old winery located in the historic village of Almonacid de la Sierra. This unique enclave is characterized by its caves, mountain vineyards, old vines and organic farming. For this winery there is only one rule, to follow the law of nature. This wine remains on its skin for about 75 days in a mix of clay amphora and French oak.
