Tasting notes: Heady dark to black raspberry, red liquorice and black cherry scents overlay herb du Provence, dried meat, earth and spicy black pepper notes. Rich and super intense the palate is bursting with succulent black raspberry, black cherry and liquorice fruits that display amazing concentration and power yet also retain a remarkable sense of freshness. Ripe chewy tannins provide structure with infusions of herbs du Provence, earthy dried meats and spicy pepper characters adding further interest on the back half. Explosive black pepper infused conclusion.
